Case Study: Rogers State University
Rogers State University in Claremore, OK recently chose The Athletic Edge to provide furniture and equipment for their new learning lab. Brian Coley, ATC/L and instructor for the Department of Health Sciences at RSU, shares his experience working with The Athletic Edge.
Q: Did your athletic training facility present any challenges when it came to treating athletes?
A: "We didn't have a facility to be honest, so we were going to be creating a learning lab in a room here in our building . We started a new Allied Health degree program at Rogers State University and I knew we were going to need tables and taping stations to use for some of our classes. Our administration was very supportive of what we are doing and really worked closely with us to get the best furniture we needed to show future students.
Q: What made you decide to work with The Athletic Edge?
A: I like the quality of Athletic Edge taping stations and tables. Everyone was so great to work with and understood what we were trying to do.
Q: Are you pleased with the products and service you received?
A: Absolutely! From the first call to Jennifer to working with Aly they were very professional and worked with a vendor in our area that could assist us in making this a reality.
Q: What are some of your favorite features of your new Athletic Edge equipment?
A: The fact that they use wood was a big factor to me. I have been an athletic trainer going on 28 years, so I have seen some furniture that wasn't really built right and I have seen some furniture that was good. Athletic Edge just went above that. Their color schemes for tables and taping stations and the mock drawings allowed me to show our administration exactly what we were getting and I believe that went a long way.
